To be fair, that min-raise on the flop looks like either a draw that's going to take a free card if they miss the turn or else a made boat that's just begging the draws to stick around. After the call of the big raise and push on the turn, a draw looks extremely unlikely.

With trips top kicker, and with the nine in your hand reducing the combinations of T9 out there, I'd still probably pay it off, but I wouldn't expect to be winning the pot more than about 1 time in 3.
