A law degree is a license to print money. Just do a specialty that interests you. M/A is the money but you'll work 60-70 hours a week.

that's why I'm trying to get into UNLV, gaming law would be tight.

I could get a job working for harrah's or MGM/Mirage doing all kinds of cool [censored]

I posted my opinion on the thread. To me, it is an easy push. But hey, that's me!

Dave and Bart,
There is a No limit game in my local casino
50 dollar min - 100 Max restricted game (can only buy in for 100 everytime you bust out)
1-2 blinds
But you gotta pay 6 dollars every half hour.

Is No limit worth learning on this game or is the money per half hour too much.

Thanks.

Therein lies the problem. My brother is a lawyer, makes great money as a top litigator (though less than his less educated poker playing brother) but the f*cker works his a$$ off. To me, it is not a trade off. There are a great deal of opportunities with your inherent talents and abilities that can net you more than that with less work, stress and a coronary bypass in the wings

I like how Tuchman put that:

"He CLAIMED he laid down bottom set."

Because everybody posts hands on the review boards and lie about their hand.

Working for Bobby Baldwin would be sweet. picking his brain about poker, hotels, casino gaming, broads, etc.

Ah...Bart's indignant squeal. What weeknight would be complete without it?

I enjoy a good one every now and then. Best one I've had is the AVO Intermezzo. Yum
