I think I deserve a honourable mention. Tonight and Tuesday, I walked away from a $200 buyin table with over $700.

My 6 max stats for a grand total of 384 hands is 51 BB/100. (and yes I realize that a long term winrate of 3-4 BB/100 would be something I should be happy with)

And more importantly, in the first low content thread, I stated the goal of doubling my money from a mid-October buyin while following some basic guidelines that I learned here.

I've now doubled, plus some. And I've pretty much followed my plan. I've taken a shot here and there, but always under control.

For those of you struggling/grinding away at lower limits, keep at it. If you work hard to get better, you can do it.

I've busted my ass slowly working my way up from 1c/2c to tons and tons of 10/25c for several years before coming to this board. This year, I continued to study, read, and contribute (I'm sure some of the regulars remember the irritation I caused this spring "wanting to learn how to be a LAG".)

After learning a lot from this forum, I had the confidence to take a shot at the 2/5 live game during the WSOP, and now to buy in with real cash to play 0.5/1 and 1/2 games.

I'm sure there are better players than I in these games, but I don't feel outclassed and certainly see ways to beat these limits. Plus, and to me this is the best part, these games are way way more fun than PLO25 and PLO50.

And as always, I have this board and many regular contributors to thank.

THANK YOU 2+2 PLO BOARD!!!

word.

Default running good

Running good is fun...

These are the stats from my session today and I may even play more. PLO is so enjoyable when you are winning all your 50/50's.
