12 is possible on a 24" 1920x1200, with no overlap.

You must reduce windows borders to a single pixel - then they fit perfectly when at minimum size.

30" is far preferable tho - gogogo FPP store, can't wait [img]/images/graemlins/smile.gif[/img]

30" monitors are dandy and all, but they are massively expensive. One could hook up 3 22" monitors, if one was thrifty about it, for perhaps half as much as a single 30". I suppose it is balla to get the 30", but as a practical matter, better to get 2 (or even 3) 22" monitors for a much cheaper price.
