Re: Chances of outflopping Aces
[ QUOTE ]
Do you think 6789r is auto-call? ss is auto-call for me, but I'm not sure if it's rainbow... [/ QUOTE ] I think 7643r's an auto-call. Really, as far as rundowns go, your range for calling a reraise after raising should actually be looser than you're initial raising range. For instance, say you misclick raise 8753r, you'll usually have the odds to call after you get repopped even if you would have folded it initially if you had the opportunity. The only times you want to fold after raising are to avoid getting 4-bet where you don't have the proper odds when behind or because you have specific reason to feel your hand will be dominated (i.e. it has an ace or a pair and you feel fairly confident you're up against AAxx). Hands where a pair's the dominant feature (say QQJ6) are the worst this way whereas something like 8776 is usually still a call unless stacks are relatively short. |

[ QUOTE ] That was amusing when opponent proudly turned over T985 at showdown. [/ QUOTE ] So you were playing live? |
