This is probably a stretch, but in Galaxy Quest, when Tim Allen is in the limo at the beginning, the Thermian across from him on the right side is Dwight from The Office.

Too bad most people had already seen him in the Color of Money 3 years earlier.

I was watching "What's up Doc?" the other day and recognized a young, thin Randy Quaid as one of the musicologists at the banquet.

Sam Jackson in Goodfellas. He's some young, forgettable gangster. I'm not sure if he even has a line of dialogue. But there he is.

[/ QUOTE ]
He f*cks up the getaway and they shoot him in the head while making coffee.

I've seen that movie a half-dozen times and never realized that Stacks was Samuel Jackson until now. Wow. I even went and checked IMDB because I thought you guys were pulling our legs...

Michael Richards as the prison convict in Problem Child

He was also in a very early episode of Cheers. While drunk, Sam had bet him the bar that Sam would marry Jacqueline Bisette(sp?) within a year. Kramer shows up a year later to collect on the bet.

This isn't a movie, so I don't know if it counts (apologies ElD), but Lawrence Fishburne was Cowboy Curtis on "Pee-Wee's Playhouse".

[/ QUOTE ]

Phil Hartman was Captain Carl (as well as one of the writers).
