Seriously, I think if someone asks him politely rather than just straight yelling at him, Dustin would have no problem ceasing the wolf-claim.

Everyones being a little over-the-top, regardless of how right or wrong you are.

There are ways to handle things like this without all the controversy.

ok how about this: from now on i will autovote til i die anyone that votes me day 1 of a turbo. i will do this in every turbo from now on. if you vote me day 1 you ask for it.

now that you know i will do this if you still vote me it is your fault and not mine. buck successfully passed?

[/ QUOTE ]If you think this strategy will discourage behaviors you think are -EV for the village, thenk this is perfectly acceptable.

This isn't about buck passing. Quit making this personal, please. Traz's behavior is backed by solid game theory, whether he expresses it in those terms or not. No attacks on character or motive or anything necessary.

personal?

if your referring to my post to jj you should really just quote/highlite it... its a running joke =/

its like this

The French won the Battle of Hastings in 1066.

They basically took over England, and over the course of several centuries, tons of French words made their way into the english language, and they were considered ok and acceptable, words like fornicate and defecate- but if I want to say [censored] or [censored] I cant.

That bothers me. Its pure nittiness. Yeah- I'm stubborn.

JJ,

hmmmm. I think you must have misunderstood what I meant w/ the Battle of Hastings analogy.

I blame all of POG. You continue to let it happen, and then do nothing but whine and complain when it happens. When somebody tries to do something about it (autovoting first day or whatnot), you then decide that that person is who is at fault.

If the majority of POG really wants a change, maybe they'll band together and do something about it rather than being passive crybabies. If dustin got voted everytime he claimed wolf, he would either stop claiming wolf or he would get bored very easily. If lastchance got voted everytime he...well..acted like lastchance, he would probably change his ways.

I tried this, I failed. I have no incentive to play anymore because nothing I do is working, and it's no longer fun for me. I feel like I'm spending my time being the only person voting for people who have no chance of getting lynched because you're all too busy whining instead of doing. It's a waste of my time.
