You have mentioned that it would run on MACs.
Will it be tested for variuos Linux distributions as well?

Are you programming PokerTracker3 in Java ?

[/ QUOTE ]

Yes, we will test it on Linux as well although that will probably be the last platform we test.

1. Windows
2. Mac
3. Linux

PokerTracker 3 will be coded in the same language as PokerAce Hud currently is programmed in. The only difference is that PT3 will use widgets that are platform independent. I would expect the new version of PAH will do the same.

It definitely will support it. My main machine is a Vista 64 It will be run in 32-bit mode but it will definitely be compatible.

It's a logo and is basically at our discretion. Now if we were talking about functionality or a feature set and had such feedback we would definitely make changes. But for a logo it really is not a huge issue IMHO.

[/ QUOTE ]

lol, yeah, definitely. Do as you wish. It's just that generally a company who launches a new product is trying to make things fit with the targetted clientele - especially where looks and such is concerned.

But as you said - It's "really not a huge issue" to you.

The "tracker" in the logo looks messed up. It looks like it says poker fracher or something odd like that.

Probably been mentioned before, but a way to see the hands you've played against someone would be nice. I'll meet someone on the forums and I want to see if we've played any pots together but it's just way too time consuming to have to look through the hands you have on your opponent and look to see if you were involved in the pot.

[/ QUOTE ]

dont have pt at my work... but if u go misc tab and the lost to lost from part... click on a name. isnt it like that all the hands u played against that screenname are displayed below?

[/ QUOTE ]

That is correct. You can do this in the current version of PokerTracker. One thing I would like to add to the HUD is the ability to add these numbers so that you can view them in game.

Lay off the logo thing.

Maybe he'd have the HUD done by now instead of messing around the fringes.

I'm waiting until PT3 comes out to decide between this and HM so gogogogogogo.

Logo looks fine. Those saying otherwise need a better screen.

I've been reading this thread since the beginning, but don't remember if the following has been mentioned yet. If so: it gets another vote. If not: a new suggestion

I'd like to have a better way to keep notes. Is it possible to add a note-functionality to PAHud (and synch this into PT somehow) and the other way around? So I can make notes in PT and see them through PAHud.

Then we won't need the notefunctionality of the pokersites itself and we can keep notes at sites like FullTilt in PT too.

[/ QUOTE ]

this is effing genius!!!

plz. plz, plz. I'd love to have a single note taking program. Eg one that would let us give a player one of half a dozen or so little colour flags, but can also mouse over to see your own more detailed text notes on a player (a la Full Tilt notes). A single note taking system for all supported sites incorporated into PT/PAHUD would be fantastic. PS; and let us import our exisiting previous text notes from sites, plz.

Dunno how simple this would be for you guys, but would be great.

plz, plz, plz
k. tks.
