Pohkur is rigged at Pokerstars in September. I was just searching through my junkmail and found it. It was mailed by Pokerstars Aug 31st. Why don't I check my junkmail more often ?! Goodnight |

Re: SSNL [cheese] thread: SEPT #2
Crazy day, profitable though. I think it's funny that I lose and win on an average day what my roommate makes in like 3-4 weeks of work. |

Re: SSNL [cheese] thread: SEPT #2
stopping to think about that kind of stuff is actually mind-blowing.. Even losing one buy-in at 200/400NL, if talking to non-poker players, they think it's devastating. And this is @ SSNL!
On another note, does anyone have no intention of moving up? I applaud people who go to 400NL and beyond to take a shot.. I feel like 4-digit swings would make me more of a wreck than I am now and that coupled in with school might not be good.. plus the earnings potential at 200NL is good b/c you don't have to put in massive hours like 100NL, but the money still means something and the player pool is big.. of course there's variance but not as big as 400NL. I feel like I have no real desire to move up at this point, and I make sure of it by making regular cashouts.. thoughts? I guess if you're +EV at a level you're throwing away money, but I don't wanna deal with the baggage of playing higher stakes (variance, constant seat selection/peak time selections etc), and more importantly dunno if I'm near good enough since 200 is challenging as it is and I've only played like 15K hands of 200NL.. thing with poker is that your BR grows at a faster rate than your skill (for most) for people who put in a lot of hands at a certain level.. I think this gives an illusion that "oh, time to move up, I have xx buyins" but obviously there's a lot more to it than that. Cliff notes: I'm a nit |
