There you go guys
Even in the right order

Full Tilt Poker, NL Hold'em Tournament, 4,000/8,000 Blinds, 1,000 Ante, 2 Players
LegoPoker Hand History Converter

Hero (SB): 380,415
BB: 260,085

Pre-Flop: (14,000) Q[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] Q[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] dealt to Hero (SB)
Hero raises to 24,000, BB raises to 56,000, Hero raises to 379,415 and is All-In, BB calls 203,085 and is All-In

Flop: (520,170) 4[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 8[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] 5[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (2 Players - 1 is All-In)

Turn: (520,170) 9[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (2 Players - 1 is All-In)

River: (520,170) 7[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (2 Players - 1 is All-In)

Results: 520,170 Pot
Hero showed Q[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] Q[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (a pair of Queens) and LOST (-260,085 NET)
BB showed 6[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 6[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (a straight, Nine high) and WON 520,170 (+260,085 NET)

after this i was likw wtf if you can win w/ the worse hand i can surely do the same....
so some of these followed:

Full Tilt Poker, NL Hold'em Tournament, 4,000/8,000 Blinds, 1,000 Ante, 2 Players
LegoPoker Hand History Converter

Hero (SB): 147,330
BB: 493,170

Pre-Flop: (14,000) 9[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] Q[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] dealt to Hero (SB)

Hero mucked 9[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] Q[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] and WON 18,000 (+9,000 NET)

then one of my favs, ama already described it:

LegoPoker Hand History Converter

Hero (BB): 184,330

SB raises to 24,000, Hero raises to 183,330 and is All-In, SB calls 159,330

Flop: (368,660) J[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 4[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] Q[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (2 Players - 1 is All-In)

Turn: (368,660) 8[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (2 Players - 1 is All-In)

River: (368,660) 5[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (2 Players - 1 is All-In)

SB showed A[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] 9[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (Ace Queen high) and LOST (-184,330 NET)

and them i finally finished him off like a man:

Full Tilt Poker, NL Hold'em Tournament, 4,000/8,000 Blinds, 1,000 Ante, 2 Players
LegoPoker Hand History Converter

Hero (BB): 349,660
SB: 290,840

Pre-Flop: (14,000) 8[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] K[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] dealt to Hero (BB)
SB raises to 24,000, Hero raises to 348,660 and is All-In, SB calls 265,840 and is All-In

Flop: (581,680) K[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] A[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 5[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (2 Players - 1 is All-In)

Turn: (581,680) 4[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (2 Players - 1 is All-In)

River: (581,680) K[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (2 Players - 1 is All-In)

Results: 581,680 Pot
Hero showed 8[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] K[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (three of a kind, Kings) and WON 581,680 (+290,840 NET)
SB showed 9[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 9[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (two pair, Kings and Nines) and LOST (-290,840 NET)

So and this was my "epic" heads up battle
and if anyone claims i played some hands wrong then i might challenge you to a 2k heads up freezeout or something like that

anyone here have any advice as to how to avoid tilt?

realize that poker is a game where the only limitation to your long run success is your own mindset.

im serious, I used to have a huge tilt problem and then one day I just decided I wanted to stop burning money.
