That's a pretty strong statement. Can you please show me the portions of the ToS which back up your position? Specifically, that neither the person receiving the datamined hands nor the person doing the mining is violating the terms.

That is a quote from PokerStars. It says nothing about recieving datamined hands. It says that you can't "observing games as a non-player for extended periods to build up a large collection of hand histories for future reference" Which none of my clients are doing. There is noway to trace me giving anyone hands.

open paint, ctrl-v.

or print screen then open paint and paste it onto a blank document
