excellent, but why 4-man? takes too long imho, and more short term variance (since i'm not playing 300 of these a week). i would prefer just a 2 man sng [/ QUOTE ] a 2man would take 6750fpps. You could email stars and try to get that. But if the competition is bad our EV in 4mans will be higher. And time taken doesnt bother me so much because i dont have a ton of fpps and i'm more concerned with maximizing EV on the fpps I get instead of playing through them faster. |

Ok I don't think there is a results thread every month in this forum like my home (STTF) so I'll just post here.
Background: Ever since finding out 1 month ago that my job was busto at the end of October, I've planned to just play poker for monies. My only experience has been in STTs (where at my peak about a year ago I was v v good) and I hadn't played poker seriously in 10 months. This was my first month back playing poker and after a v brief stint at 6m (like 500 hands) I decided I loved HU, was the world champ anyway, and should just get good at that instead... My goal was 10k hands and to study hard. Well I finished my hand goal so I'm done playing until September. I def could study more b/c I'm still so so not amazing at cash/HU cash. ![]() Remember, this will be my primary source of income in 2 more months! So if you are interested in coaching a motivated player somewhat pro bono....let me know! Or, just as good, shoot me a pm with your IM so we can discuss hands and get even better! so i had been using the bank transfer method in july. the first couple worked, didn't hear anything about the middle couple, and then had the last couple returned to me.
full tilt doesn't know what happened to the middle transactions (about 15k). then i got this sweet email yesterday: -- We apologize for any inconvenience caused with these unsuccessful withdrawal attempts. We ask that you please keep in mind that this method is fairly new, and we are continuing to improve all of our player services in order to assist you as best we can. If you elect to use the ACH Withdrawal method in the future, we strongly urge all of our players to double-check your account details are correct before you confirm your withdrawal. Again, incorrect information may lead to irretrievable loss or delays in retrieving the funds. -- the irretrievable part worries me -- how can i prove that i entered the correct info? |
