What are the implications of a good FT finish for Annie Duke?

There is no God.

Why do people not like her? Not that I care either way, I'm just wondering.

Petrillo Eliminates Chiu in 147th place
David Chiu moves all-in preflop, and James Petrillo calls. David Chiu shows K-K, and Petrillo is behind with A-9. Petrillo gets immediate help as the flop comes A-Q-2. The turn and the river are 2 and 10. Petrillo makes a pair of Aces to eliminate David Chiu.

She went around helping sick people in impoverished nations. She is seen more as a humanitarian than a religious figure. Athiests and Branch Davidians alike found no problem with her.

It is hard to find anyone in the world more well liked/respected than her. By your definition everyone is hated, which is a fair oppinion but is not what the op had in mind when they said that they could not think of a successful woman not hated by the masses.

I am going to have to say I win this one...

Now, back to poker
