Fail to reach 20k hands = loss. Winner take all, ties split. I have never done one of these, is there anything we are missing? How much per person? |

it's sort of embedded in my river play chapter:
why raising > calling > folding holds true ALWAYS: by definition, you win more pots by raising than by calling and win more pots by calling than folding. therefore if your river AF is not infinity, you aren't playing optimally. |
