Listening to this on ESPN radio so I don't have the benefit of watching all the analysis.

Hall/Reeves were the two I'd been looking at for some time for Pittsburgh. I'm hardly disappointed w/the Timmons pick though (esp with Joey Porter leaving for Miami).

yeah this pretty much sums up my feelings on it also. gotta trust the steelers when it comes to drafting.

Del Rio Power worked this draft unless he absolutely blows the pick at 17. There are no freaks with 4.1 speed right? No Matt Jones out there? Right???

[/ QUOTE ]

Russell could throw 65 yards on 1 knee!!!!!!!! if that's not a predictor of NFL success, not sure what is

wrt to the Jackson trade.

Reading between the lines, I think Ruskell and maybe Holmgren basically hate the guy, and I think I do too...

He's got some talent, but I'm pretty sure he's dumb as [censored]. His errors are just falt mental mistakes, and they happen A LOT.

Oh, I don't blame them for trying to move him. Moving him within the division, for a 4th rounder... that's pretty stupid.

I mean, they paid a 1st for Branch. So... trade a 1st and Jackson for a 4th and Branch. Sounds like a bad trade to me, despite Jackson's flaws.
