You are saying that your CAD$ denominated check bounced?... that's not good... did you call Neteller? What did they say?

Where was the check created and under what name (ie does it say Neteller, or something else as the source, and where is the source located, if its on the check)?

My account balance is currently $0.00 on neteller. Is this normal for everyone, or should the roughly $1200 that I had in there still show up?

Mine is $0.00 as well, although my withdrawal is still listed as "pending", perhaps that your issue as well?

I am non-US citizen (german) .

Neteller closed my account because I tried to login from Thailand. They told me to send an email with my id-card and bill as an attachment. Unfortunately they dont reply to all my mails since a week. I tried to contact them via lifechat but that doesnt work either (I waited for may be an hour). you can contact them by phone but this doesnt help me because somebody has to read my mail and reopen my account.

I didnt read the whole thread but do you know that Neteller closed the Callcenter in Calgary (Canada) with 220 employees? they wnat to focus to their business in Europe and Asia so an official statement (link is in germen so I dont provide it here).

My question: does Neteller reply to emails? I am more and more concerned.

Yep, it was CAD 12,000.

I called, but after hold time on hold, I was transferred and left on hold again....i waiting over 50 minutes and figured I was duped.

i bet its the 31st day since the transer and it only shows last 30 by default. i was freaking out as well for the last 4 minutes

Worth mentioning... now might be a good time for everyone to print out their entire Neteller transaction history, and store it in a safe place...
