I have no backup for either position, here are some which are still available:

QB- Derek Anderson (CLE), Matt Schaub (HOU), Joey Harrington (ATL), Tarvaris Jackson (MIN)

Def: Jacksonville, Tampa, Seattle, Carolina

Your poll makes no sense.

Kitna and Chicago are both great starts, much better than the other options you list.

AZ has the 20th ranked pass D and Minny has the 8th. Steelers passing is ranked 6th and Packers is 13th. Its pretty close but I'd start Big Ben.

Looks like I forgot to include a key fact, the Bears are playing the Lions this weekend

Week 4, my RB are:

Thomas Jones (vs Buf)
Maroney (vs Cinci)
Addai (vs Den)

.5 PPR, 10 yards/pt, 6 pt/TD

Which two?

I don't think you can go wrong with either Favre or Big Ben. The Packers have no running game and that has been displayed the first 3 weeks. Plus Minnesota's rush defense has got to be in the top 5 so Favre is going to pass pass and pass again.

I also have Kitna and I think I'm going to play him vs. Chicago. It's in Detroit on the turf and all the Lions do is pass. Kitna should be able to do something decent even if he let us down in the 2nd half last week. The only other QB I'd even consider from that list is Shaub and he might still be missing Andre Johnson next week.

I have the same dilemma, I'm starting Maroney and Addai.
