Thanks, Homer. At least this gets one in the phone queue. Only took like 10 minutes or so right now.

In the latest customer support script, they are saying that the EFT transaction will eventually go through (and our money is totally secure, yada). But when I asked to cancel it, there was no resistance. After the cancellation, the script told me that funds could be spent at gaming companies, but not gambling companies. So I could buy a $2000 poker table apparently.
