I saw Notting Hill the other day, and Hugh Grant is pretending to be a reporter from a magazine, interviewing actors from a film. One of the actors is a very young Mischa Barton. It was weird to see, because she looks like she's 12. I did a double take.

Both Jim Carrey and Liam Neeson is in one of the Dirty Harry movies (I think no. 3). Jim Carrey plays an aspiring musician and Neeson is his manager.
And a more well-known one, Harvey Keitel is Jodie Foster's pimp in Taxi Driver (too obvious?).

I only had time to check like half the thread,
but one that made me do a double take the other day. I'm watching Cable Guy and Matthew Broderick just got out of jail because Jim Carrey's character put him there so he goes to his friend at the TV news station to do a background check on the cable guy. Jack Black is Broderick's friend at the news station and has a few lines in the movie.
