My point exactly. If the mods were to IP ban him I would feel a lot better about sending him the money and knowing it didnt go to waste while he was setting up a new account and making 1200 more posts every two months.

I posted in the other forum that I will agree to the terms with an IP ban.

Either way, an IP ban wouldn't convince me. Any moron knows that unless you've got a single static IP, having your provider reallocate you a new dynamic IP is the most trivial thing in the world.

Yes, if you sincerely think that someone backing out of a proposal (it wasn't a "bet", since there's no action, it's just an offer) because his terms can't be reasonably enforced "weaseling", then yes, you are an idiot. Capiche?
