It can be annoying when there's one outside your office for 6 hours blaring the music.

Growing up in the suburbs in Central NJ, Mr. Softee made regular visits to my block during the summer. Then, I guess when I was in high school in the early 90's, he disappeared. I thought perhaps he and Mrs. Softee retired to Miami Beach or something. When I graduated college and started working in the city, I was delighted to see that he is still working hard on the streets of Manhattan. God bless Mr. Softee.
