Oh, I forgot to mention, I'm now taking the following each day:

2 x GNC Mega Men Multivitamin
2 x 50mg 5-HTP
3 x 150mg Green Tea Extract
3000mg of Piracetam
1500mg of Choline

I feel great! I've also started adding three tablespoons of flax seed to my oatmeal in the mornings for more fiber and good fat. It's also delicious in oatmeal!

nice call on the good fat...you can consider fish oil too...Awesome progress

What do you guys think of this little package I'm working on for breakfast?

.6 Cup of Dry Oatmeal (174 Cals, 30g Carb, 3g Fat, 7g Protein, 5g Fiber)
30g of Isoflex Vanilla Protein Powder (115 Cals, 1g Carb, .5g Fat, 27g Protein, 0g Fiber)
.75 Cup of Skim Milk (74 Cals, 9g Carb, 6g Protein, .3g Fat, 0g Fiber)
3 TSP of Metamucil Smooth Texture Sugar Free Unflavored Powder (60 Cals, 15g Carb, 0g Fat, 0g Protein, 9g Fiber)

Total: 423 Calories, 40g Carbs, 4g Fat, 40g Protein, 14g Fiber.

Cook the oatmeal with 1 cup of water and a sprinkle of salt until it begins to boil, turn off heat and add the Isoflex and Metamucil powders and stir until smooth! The vanilla powder makes it really tasty!

Basically I've added protein powder and replaced the flax seed with metamucil powder, which saves me about 100 calories and gives me more fiber. I dunno though, because now it seems like I've really chopped out all of the fat in my breakfast.

Thanks! I've actually been taking two fish oil pills the last few days, but goddamn, I really can't deal with the stanky fish burps ALL DAY after taking them. Barf. I really want to take them, but the unexpected surprise of cranking out disgusting burps is too much.

Does anyone have any suggestions on how to get my fish oils without burping up death stench?

1. Buy the good stuff....I get the stuff in the brown bottle at whole foods...It's like 25 bucks for a couple hundred....I think it cost me 50 cents a day for two pills

2. Keep them in the fridge...I think this is the most important part

I burp that foul taste about once a month, now....It was hourly before I bought the more expensive pills and kept them in the cabinet

im holding steady at 280.3. However, the past few weeks have been very emotionally tumultuous for me, and i am trying to quit smoking again, so even with healthy food, its been kind of a snacking week from hell. (it is more important to me to quit smoking than to lose the weight) Im still working out, though i slacked off for a couple of weeks. Im back on track, and hopefully have the cravings to eat undercontrol. Hopefully more progress will be made.

282.5

Booooooooo. I've been drinking steadily ever since my camping trip and paying the price! I'm once again not drinking for another two weeks. I just feel sick about losing two weeks of progress when I had been doing so well. My head is still in the game though, and I'm working at it yet again.

I'm going to start Body-For-Life tomorrow. I have been reading and rereading the book, starting some serious planning, and am going to do B4L to the absolute best of my ability for the next 12 weeks and document my progress on it in this thread! I feel like I'm at the point where a little bit of structure in my weight loss will help me big time. I have "tried" B4L before but never really got going, but that was in the bad old days. We're not quite at the good days yet but I'm working on it!
