The main point that I can't rest with it is that you claim to have played HU winning poker for years and you have never used any sort of software to track your results and or your opponets results. Obviously this doesn't seem like a big deal to you but it just doesn't ring true.

[/ QUOTE ]

The majority of online players don't use any type of software tracker. I personally know several pro's who have played without any software assistance for years.

We can't conclude either way if BeatMe1 is guilty or not, but, as thers have pointed out, one thing we can can conclude is that FullTilt's process in this case is shockingly bad. Bad enough to keep me away for good.

I am baffled why so many people seem to believe that BeatMe1 has no recourse with FTP. They told her in the emails she posted here that she should contact the Kahnawake Gaming commission, and gave her the link (http://www.kahnawake.com/gamingcommission/). I went there, and there's a form to fill out if you have any complaints about their members.

I don't know if the process with the gaming commission is very good or not, but to pretend that Beatme has no recourse for her problem is just plain wrong.

I'd like to see what the gaming commission's response would be to Beatme's complaint. I am sure that if anyone has the power to make FTP fix this "problem", it would be them. And I would guess that if the commission reviewed the evidence and ruled against BeatMe, then most of the people on here would be at least mollified a little bit.

But seriously...I'm pretty sure that anyone who has contacted them has found no satisfaction, if they have even received a reply. If you're looking for real oversight, I don't think these are the guys. I'd be happy to be proven wrong, as you are correct, this would go a long way to solving the problem. If anyone knows of an instance where they actually came to the aid of a player, please provide a link.

I would be interested too. My entire experience with any gaming commission is with those at the B&M casinos, and they've been terrific with concerns/complaints. Either way, it seems to me that the next step for BeatMe is to contact them.

B&M casinos are monitored by various governments who have some obligation to the consumer.

By contrast, the http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kahnawa...ing_Commission is entirely funded by the casinos - there is no reason for the organisation to do anything but rule in favour of its funders.

the thing appears to simply sell "certification" to online gaming providers.

Well done. I knew they weren't highly thought of, but I wasn't sure where to find the exact info.

Hell if I had known there was a remedy like that I would have complained about getting obviously and openly stiffed by GPP a long time ago.
Surely then I would have received my money as would everyone else they withheld from.
Because that's what everyone pointing to the Kahnawake Gaming Commission *coughcoughthismeanyouFULLTILTcoughcough* seems to be implying.

End sarcasm/

Maybe she feels she has a right to do this since they've confiscated 70k from her, but in my mind if she really wanted to prove she wasn't using a bot, there's other courses of action such as those mentioned in my previous post (videos of playing/pics of PC etc.).

[/ QUOTE ]

She has offered to travel to FTP HQ at her own expense, play on a computer provided by them, while their experts monitor her play. If she plays the same game, then FTP's 100% certainty that she's a bot tends to fizzle.

A number of posters here have suggested that would prove nothing, since she might be able to play exactly the same way as her bot.

As usual, FTP has said nothing. Why should they? They have her money.

"tends to fizzle?"

FTP could easily have evidence that makes this suggestion completely pointless.

what if the bot has, say, 10 different exact timing delays and it varies its timing between these 10 at random? so the bot makes one move in 0.322 seconds, the next in 0.255 seconds, then back to 0.322, etc.? could she magically disprove the use of a bot? no, thus it would be completely useless for this to ever happen.

there's plenty of stuff like this. stop suggesting she go play at FTP headquarters. it's pointless.

Then let FTP easily step up and SHOW THE EVIDENCE.

Or just turn their attention to your account.
