Re: Absolute Poker Scandal: An Inside Job
[ QUOTE ]
guys i thought i would make a account to share some other facts from the past 2 years i'v seen sief play on AP.... anyone with pokertracker that could check on the screen name "riptor" and "jakz101poker" i remember a id "jeff1515" Dumping $60,000 in chips to jakz101poker last year in a very strage headsup where mark sief was at the table but was sitting out.....i found this very very strange and thought that maybe mark was sitting out so "jeff1515" could lose these $60,000 in chips to "jakz101poker" and to think back "jakz101poker" has played many many times on high stakes limit on ap with "ez2ply" and some kid called " kidnabraska" i havn't seen any of these players since this story broke [/ QUOTE ] i know both jakz101 and ez2ply(aka baronzeus) and i can pretty much assure you that they had nothing to do with any of this, im also pretty confident that neither of them would be involved in any chipdumping |

Re: Absolute Poker Scandal: An Inside Job
Any reason why CardPlayer.Com / PokerNews.Com / Bluff haven't mentioned this yet? Other than the fact they receive advertising money from AP?

Re: Absolute Poker Scandal: An Inside Job
so sick bro,
Very funny, but you have to remember that people who don't know much about 2p2 or online poker, let alone about lilholdem and his chat proclivities, will be reading this thread, and we don't want to give any wrong ideas. edit: we've gotta start a photoshop/mspaint thread, though, as there are infinite jokes to be made in visual form about this fiasco. |

Re: Absolute Poker Scandal: An Inside Job
lol i couldn't resist. even though i wasn't directly affected I am as steamed about this as anyone, and legitimately want whoever was behind this to get what's coming to them. Just based on the way they handled the whole situation on every level I hope absolute poker goes completely bankrupt and goes down in history for this.

[ QUOTE ] [ QUOTE ] [ QUOTE ] [ QUOTE ] I've never been so happy about having 83 cents in my account... BTW - Theres 0 5/10+ games going on at abso, which is very out of the ordinary [/ QUOTE ] There are 10 5/10 games going on right now, which is pretty standard. "now" appears to be approx 20 mins after your post. [/ QUOTE ] no one cares about limit 5/10, as nothing happened there. I've never seen more than 6 5/10+ games going on in my life, so shhhh [/ QUOTE ] Meh. I think it would've been interesting if AP dried up so fast that even 5/10 limit was barren. [/ QUOTE ] small stakes isn't going to dry up that quickly [/ QUOTE ] I agree. In fact, I'd go further and say it probably won't dry up at all. That's why I said "it would be interesting if..." |

Also, a number of tournament results pages mention Scott Tom's home town as Missoula, MT. Perhaps where his frat was? [/ QUOTE ] Almost everybody or possibly all involved in AP at the start were from Montana. |

That's why I thought Michigan/Maryland myspace accounts were weird. |
