my experience so far...
-created account on Feb 21; micro verification transaction from epass was found immediately when I looked at my bank info online.
-loaded account with $100 from my BoA Visa debit card
- ~20 minutes after creating the epass account I used it to make a $50 deposit into FullTilt to get epass linked with FullTilt; funds were in FullTilt practically immediately
-requested plastic ATM card from epass on Feb 21 (not received yet)
-added checking account as 2nd load option on Feb 21 to increase limits; micro verification deposits into checking account were received today Feb 26 and limits were immediately increased after I agreed to the $5 fee.

some questions for those farther along than I...
-how much longer to receive the plastic ATM card from epass?
It takes 2-3 weeks I believe
-I'm ready to make withdrawals now from FullTilt, correct?
Yes, if you deposited on to FTP using EPP, you can withdraw to EPP
-with my increased limits, I have a $1k transaction limit so I can withdraw $1k per day from FullTilt to epass now?
No! The Select account allows you to withdraw $600 instead of $300 per day. It's annoying. Thankfully FTP now is cutting checks.
-is the $1k available immediately in epass, or is there a waiting period on FullTilt's or epass's side?
FTP is VERY good about getting money to your eWallet. It usually takes 2-8 hours. They claim it takes up to 24
-once the $1k is available in epass, I can immediately transfer that to my BoA checking account? waiting period before available in checking account?
You can transfer $600 per day, and it takes a week to hit your account
-with respect to wait periods, etc, is it faster to get my money in hand via epass ATM card (once I have the card) or via transfer to my checking account
ATM obviously
-anybody use the epass virtual visa to deposit into Bodog or Stars?
Not I
thanks to all posters earlier in this thread... my epass setup and deposit into fulltilt was quick and efficient thanks to what I learned from you all

Tried to verify with my Visa Debit card, transaction was declined. Talked to my bank, who contacted Visa, and it is because epassporte is a middleman to gambling sites according to them, so they will not allow the transactions to go through. Is this legal or what? What the hell can I do about it.

If you call epass now they now have changed there phone system a bit from when i first started dealing with them about a month and a half ago.

Now they give 5 pre-answered questions. One of these five questions deals with transactions on your virtual visa that have been declined by the merchant.

You either have to get like 10 things of information from the merchant and have them fax that info to epassporte or if you wait 31 days the transaction will be shown up as "Dropped" and your account will be credited with the money. I have already had a few transactions show up as "dropped" although it took 31 days for one and like 33 days for the other but the money was then back in my epass account. Hope this helps

One of my transactions has finally switched to "dropped" but the money has not been credited yet. Hopefully it gets credited soon.

I just wanted to give everyone a heads up. Adult companies that pay their affiliates via Epassporte are having problems wiring money to their Epass accounts. Chase was mentioned as one of the banks that said the wire was declined because it was gambling related. These are all Epassporte business accounts and funding them via credit card still works as of now.

I'm not saying the sky is falling or anything I just want to give information as I hear it.

is everyone having trouble with epassporte now? I told everyone a few days ago that they were pulling out of the two bingo site that i was playing on, and people were getting mad at me and suggesting that i be banned for telling what i knew. Are they pulling out of all gaming sites now? I just didnt want people to have big ammounts of money in there like neteller I have money pending in neteller and epassporte also

Having read through this thread, I'm not seeing anyone having any problems wtih ePass that haven't always been problems with ePass. Those problems being:

Support is difficult, if not impossible to get ahold of.
Verification deposits tend to take quite a bit of time to arrive in account.
Some Credit Cards won't be approved b/c it's related to gambling....btw, if you ever go to a casino and try to use those little cash Machines, sometimes you try to use those with a CC get declined too for the same reason.

Nothing that isn't new or unusual for ePass, once you get it going though it seems to be working OK.

I made a second withdrawal from Stars to ePass Sunday night, the money was in my ePass account this afternoon. I got my ePass ATM card, so I'm going to hit the ATM tomorrow and see what happens, will report back, but I don't anticipate any problem.

Default First Time Loading EPP Account

Hello. I'd like to thank everyone for posting their personal experiences with ePassPorte. They have been very helpful.

However, I have been unable to find if their is a maximum amount of money I can make for my first load into my EPP account from my checking account.

If there is one please let me know how much, and if there isn't then thank you for your time.

you're wrong on this one masterlj.

epassporte's $600 withdrawal limit is from the card, not from a site to the card.

Thx for the update... Considering this, and the post slightly above yours about a visa debit card issue, and also the poster referring to bingo problems, it would seem epass is unfortunately moving closer to shutting out the US...

I actually recieved an EFT from them today (7 bus days roughly), and have another EFT in transit... However, its difficult to have any faith in the future of this method for cashouts... Its just too easy to envision them pulling the overnight shutdown like neteller while money is trapped in ACH limbo... Not that their limits allow you to have much in transit anyway, but it's tough to feel comfortable with any amount of money tied up with them at this point...

There is not a limit on loads from a checking account.

I made a purchase at Michael Franti's (a musician) store online using my Virtual Visa just like it was a regular Visa card. Worked like a charm.
