Just watched the summer league game (well most of it). Pruitt actually looked pretty good at the 1. A few mental lapses, but that's expected.

Still don't think he'll be better than Delonte, though.

I was impressed with Pruitt against Milwaukee. He knows this is an opportunity to prove his mettle, and yet he played very much within himself instead of forcing the action. I also got the sense that he has a good feel for the game. He's not going to be spectacular and he's not Delonte yet, but he could become a similarly solid contributor quickly. I was impressed with his quick hands (I'm not sure how many steals he had, but he definitely was giving the Bucks ballhandlers trouble).

I haven't kept up with this thread; has Davis been discussed at all? I know he's putting up decent numbers, but he looks lost out there a lot. He got called for a number of moving screens against China, and then in the Milwaukee game, there were those couple instances where he caught the ball in the post and couldn't feel that there was no one on him. He's got a real nice offensive arsenal, though.

Pruitt and Davis look like decent players with some potential, but I don't think their good enough yet to be playing in a real game. Though with bassy as the backup PG pruitt might be forced into some minutes.

Gerald seems like a bust to me, he really hasnt improved at all over the years. The only way he can really help the team is by catching and shooting, once he starts to dribble bad things happen.

Obviously, he looked more comfortable today vs. Dallas.

Allan Ray is leaving. *sob* link

He gets a pay raise, more playing time, and hot Italian broads. Good for him.

Also, it's one less f'd up rotation decision for Doc.

Agree on docs rotation. He's got to play 8, 9 at the most.

It's believed that the latest incarnation of the deal would require Boston to package Gerald Green and Sebastian Telfair with Jefferson and Ratliff in exchange for Garnett.

Ugh.

it wouldn't kill me if they made this deal, despite my love affair with Al Jefferson. Kevin Garnett in the east immediately gives you a shot at the finals.
