Was it you who said that the Red Sox "had nothing on the Rockies except for experience"? These threads need more Chim, more Nez, less Jessica, less you, and less me. Go Red Sox! Beat: Back in 2001 when Beckett was still in the Marlins farm system (he was 21 at the time) I went to see the Bowie Baysox play the Portland Sea Dogs in hopes of seeing him take the hill. He wasn't starting that day and as Im walking down the third base line I see him walking with a trainer towards the visitor's clubhouse. I had a sharpie and a ball to sign but by the time I was close enough to yell he had already disappeared. Ill always remember that
