Zurvan has been making some quality posts, we know Mets can be extremely amusing in these games based on +/-, and DMK apparently has a beach house where we can throw the victory party - why should I switch again?

Herbie, i wholeheartedly endorse this view and it will have its turn. Today however, we need to break the stranglehold that the zurvan faction holds on the game.

Vote AJ today, and i will vote you tomorrow for mayhem and more. I will consider how i can match your promise overnight.

Kokiri - I agree with your sentiments on this and I do wish I could help but switching now would be a disaster for me. If I were you guys (the "anti-zurvanites" as you call it) I would try to figure out how to get myself beyond the "alliance" phase and into the "backstabbing chaos" phase that is sure to follow (possibly sooner than expected). I'm sure there are a number of people that are interested in turning this thread into a ridiculous game of one-upsmanship.

honestly herbie the only thing that could be a disaster for you game-wise is if you fail to switch, and then i do win. i can't say for sure bc it's out of my hands, however i think there's a good chance you'd be eliminated tonight in that scenario.

Ok my thoughts at the moment are these

I'm really not down with what either current "group" is trying to accomplish. The idea of the alliance simply eliminating everyone not in the alliance then breaking down doesn't really thrill me but neither does the "eliminate Zurvanites at all costs" plan of Dustin et al.

I really think we should try to find a completely alternate plan here. Everyone should vote for Mets today and then we can eliminate someone like Nich who isn't really playing. Then we can reevaluate tomorrow. Why can we not agree on this?

FWIW if I am elected mayor tomorrow I promise to eliminate the person who has participated the least who does not vote for me.
