Btw how does it work from formal side ?
You fill some papers and just pay 0% from winnings or you dont care at all ?
I mean do you report your winnings and pay nothing from them or dont tell anybody about the mone at all ?

all i know is gambling winnings dont count. i'm not sure if we have to report it or not. anyone know?

Pretty sure we don't. I'm pretty sure I could sign on welfare/dole if I had the inclination to.

re: gambling winnings...i'm a US player, just started playing seriously in last six months. should i be declaring my winnings? is online poker even legal here?

if you want to PM me, that's fine. I'd like to here from people on how they handle this, and also, how they move funds around. would be greatly appreciated.

Yes, you have to pay taxes if you want to comply with the law. If you make enough, hire a CPA. It's worth it.

I never do anything, I put unemployed whenever I need to. When my bank started asking questions I changed to "employed, other" with them, apparently they won't tell the government anything.
