I've actually seen it in person at the Louvre - it's the only painting I've ever seen that had a CROWD surrounding it ALL THE TIMES - it takes about 15 minutes to work through the mass of people to see it. Anyway: here's my question: In Kubrick's film, 2001:A Space Odyssey, he used classical music for the "temporary" score. Dduring post production, a noted film composer was hired, and he did a complete score for the film - however, this score was rejected by Kubrick in favor of using the classical works originally on intended as temporary placeholders. Who was the composer who wrote the unused score? |
