Current RBS: Westbrook, Addai, Henry, B. Jacobs, Barber III
Current WRS: Fitzgerald, R. Moss, Booker, Furrey, Horn

Proposed trade:
B. Jacobs + Moss for S. Smith

I'm leaning towards taking it...

In my league we start 3rb and 3wr. At rb I've got Rudi, Travis Henry, DeAngelo Williams, and Betts. At wr I have Roy Williams, Plaxico, and Terry Glenn.

I've been offered Deuce McAllister and Larry Fitzgerald for Henry. Henry is going to be a stud but I feel like the upgrade at wr from Glenn to Fitzgerald is probably big enough to make up for it. Yes or no?

I did a live draft tonight and want some feedback.

I had the 12th overall pick.

12 Teams
QB/RB/RB/WR/WR/Flex Spot WR or RB/TE/K/D
6 Points for TDs
25 Yards passing = 1 point
10 Yards Recieving/Rushing = 1 Point

Rest is pretty standard scoring.

1. Rudi Johnson (RB)
2. Joseph Addai (RB)
3. Andre Johnson (WR)
4. Lee Evans (WR)
5. Carnell Williams (RB)
6. Vince Young (QB)
7. New England Def
8. Terry Glenn (WR)
9. Alex Smith (QB)
10. Dallas Clark (TE)
11. Brandon Jackson (RB)
12. Santonia Holmes (WR)
13. Jeff Garcia (QB)
14. Desmond Clark (TE)
15. Drew Bennet (WR)
16. Matt Stover (K)
17. Maurice Morris (RB)

I think its a pretty good team. I'm not sure if I should have drafted Vince Young that high. QBs/WRs were flying off the board early. A good amount of tight ends were gone by the time it got back to me in the 7th so I picked up a good defense. Let me know what you guys think.

Addai in the 2nd round is pretty sick.

1) You picked a D way too high and you could have held out on a kicker 'til the last round.

2) 3 QBs?

I thought I picked my defense too early. In the league I'm in most people are trying to fill out their rosters so I thought I should take a good defense at the end of the 7th round because they were going to start coming off the board really fast in the 8th/9th rounds. I took 3 QBs because I'm not really confident in Young/Smith because they are so young. I added Garcia for insurance almost.

I'm thinking I could of added another RB in that 7th round pick. I think the best guys left on the board though was Kevin Jones or Chester Taylor. I also wasn't too sure on when to take a tight end. I could of gotten Crumpler in that spot.

The next league I'm drafting for is going to be same scoring but QB/RB/RB/WR/WR/WR/TE/K/DEF.

I'm thinking of keeping basically the same plan but trying to get a 3rd reciever earlier probably in the 6th round and take a QB in the 7th.

So I'm assuming taking a def/k pretty late is a better idea?

Crumpler >>>>>>>>>>>>&g t;>>>>>>>>>>>> >>>>> Any Defense.

Chester Taylor would also have been a solid pick there (and probably one I would have made, because flex = draft RB's plz).

I don't really like Leinart this year, but he may be solid. You have depth behind him that is fine. I would prefer some others over Pennington tho. RBs look good with the option of that flex. Not sold on your 3 WR. Johnson is a gamble but could pay off. I typically stay away from rookie WR's. TE is ass nasty and probably comes from drafting a DEF too early.

10 team league. Just traded #8 overall and a 9th rounder for #4 overall and a 7th rounder. I want to take Gore at #4.

If the top-3 goes LT-SJ-Gore, should I trade the #4 pick (I don't like LJ) for #15, #26, and a 7th rounder? I would have #13,15,26,28,33 to stock up my team and depth.

League is QB, 2 RB, 2 WR, TE, K, D by the way, no keepers...
