Cardo,

Wow, I must be some sort of paradox or something.

Things would be a lot easier for you if you stopped going through life with the assumption that you are so much smarter than everyone else.

[/ QUOTE ]

Funny, I feel the exact same way about you.

Cardo,

"I've made a $2000 down payment and four $320 monthly payments on this car."

Why did you purchase this car given your financial condition at the time?

[/ QUOTE ]

Well, at the time, I was at my peak career earn and my then-current car, a 25-year-old Datsun, had just blown up in spectacular fashion. Seemed well within my means.

Cardo,

"Funny, I feel the exact same way about you."

Classic anacardo. A cute and clever little response. Great, good for you. Except I actually have a basis for my opinion.

I do too! You have a very aggressive ego, and I think that's something nearly anyone could do without.

Cardo I for sure have met 5 smarter people than you, you are getting some excellent advice in this thread, especially Burlap's, your attitude is terrible, if you continue to think/act the way you are you are destined to a life of misery and underachievement, if you open your mind and ears that might all change.

Tough love.

Cardo,

What things do you think would be a lot easier for me if I stopped going through life with the assumption that I am so much smarter than everyone else?

HE can't be real; his whole shtick with the 'hey guys, this would be super sweet, LOL STFU' - like, I thought this was a gag routine or something, but he never leaves home without it. Certain... parties have begun to suspect that something's amiss here.

Maybe the issue is not finding a way to get money, it's finding a way to get money without offending Anacardo's sensibilities/not being deemed worthwhile. Which is pretty hard to do. Unless you have a fairly expensive CAR TO SELL.

[/ QUOTE ]

Okay, let me reveal just how stupid I really am.

I've made a $2000 down payment and four $320 monthly payments on this car. I imagine I'd get a couple of grand less than what I payed for the car, were I to go to the trouble and expense of selling it. Balance it all out and you end up with next to nothing, aside from not having to make the payment. I still need a car. How does this help me?

[/ QUOTE ]

How much did you pay for it? It doesn't sound like you've paid too much on it that you can't sell it, buy a 1-2K old Toyota or whatever, and still have plenty of money leftover. Oh, and that "not having to make the payment" thing sounds pretty [censored] important.

Secondly, one of my points of bringing it up in the first place was that it was stupid for you to buy it.
