I need proof of my virtual card. I have account on enom.com and they blocked my account they told me we need some verification to unblock your account.

A copy of the credit card used to refill the account (front and back)

A copy of the first page of the statement for the above listed credit card.

Can you please give me that necessary documents information so I can give it to them. I really need that info otherwise they cant unlock my account.

I have my first problem with Epassport.

I tried to withdraw $600 to my bank yesterday but it "failed". I called Epassport cs and they said the problem was on their end because they were doing "upgrades". Their website never made any mention that they would be doing "upgrades".

The problem is, despite saying my withdraw was a "failure', the money was taken out of my account...........

I called cs again and was given a ticket number and promised I'd be hearing back from them most likely in "3 to 5 days" and that I'd be seeing my money again most likely in "5 to 7 business days".

That's where things stand today.

Maddening.

Hmm... interesting. I made a purchase on Amazon early this morning using my virtual visa card and just received notice that they were having problems processing my payment. They said they would try to charge my card again shortly. Did they say how long the "upgrades" would last?

They said it would be fixed by yesterday evening. However, I asked them late last night if everything was now working properly and I got a very timid "it seems to be" as a reply.

Take that for what you will.

How long have ACH withdrawals been taking? I'm in need of money quickly, and wasn't sure whether to try that.. or a check from full tilt. Don't have atm card from epass yet.

I submitted an ACH request last Thursday evening, and it was reflected in my bank account this morning, which represents the 4th business day, given Memorial Day.

Greetings from Amazon.com.

Thank you for contacting us regarding this matter. As stated in our previous message, our payment processor, Certegy, has been notified by your financial institution that they were unable to process a transaction relating to your recent Amazon.com order(s). As a result, you will need to contact Certegy directly to resolve this matter.

We hope you are able to resolve this issue soon. Please note that we have placed your Amazon.com account on hold and cancelled all open orders until Certegy has collected the total funds due. This means that you will not be able to access your account/order information online. We will remove the hold from your account when Certegy confirms that the amount in question has been paid in full.

Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.

Sincerely,

Account Specialist

I just got my epassporte card and was wanting to try it out at a ATM... You don't have to load the card (like netelle)? I looked through their site's frequently asked questions but there doesn't seem to be any answers about how to load the card... thanks...

Epass virtual visa does NOT conform to Visa's automated security check, as I've been told by a merchant.

It will fail the automated check and be refused if the merchant insists on going "deep" enough in the security checks. I have no idea if this applies to Amazon.

Epass suggested to me that the merchant call them to manually verify. I never followed up on that route, however, as the merchant I used refused to do this.
