Personally I'm still depressed about losing the series to the gnats. It was just awful in so many ways.

A win tonight would really help though. Game 1 I expected us to lose anyway.

[/ QUOTE ] Yeah, this one is sort of the opposite situation though, so I've got high hopes for tonight.

Meanwhile, Andruw is scratched.

Andruw was slated to bat 6th too. Wonder if it had anything to do with that. They did say sore back, but I dunno.

God Smoltz is sick. Glad to see Jeff Francoeur is still kicking ass.

Anyway... not sure how good of a chance the Braves have at the division, but the wild card seems like a good possibility. Go Braves.

You dont pass or fail in 3 games during the season. If you knew Bobby Cox's managerial style you would know that. Baseball is a marathon, not a sprint. 3 starts isnt enough to determine much.

Tonight was just another example why Smoltz will be a first ballot HoF'er.

Lerew's elbow was shot the whole time. He's off to the DL.

umm...i was talking about this specific game. redman didn't start it, they gave Lerew a chance and he didn't put it together.
