RJ, I'm not sure why I inspire such vile hatred in you, but I'll say this:

It's not fair for anyone in this thread to bring up Surf's name. He has not volunteered any so-called "knowledge" in here and, as far as I know, has never bad-mouthed me on these boards.

He lived with me for about two months and he was a pleasant, respectful roommate and an all-around nice guy. We never really became friendly, and we both kept to ourselves. I don't think I had one conversation with him that didn't have to do with poker. So unfortunately, I did not get to know him very well.
Because I had recently broken up with my fiancee of four years, I was pretty much being a hermit when Surf and I lived together. Perhaps he was expecting me to be some huge ladies' man or pimp - and that is something I have never claimed to be. Maybe he was disappointed or something, I have no idea. If he said something about me to someone else IN CONFIDENCE, then it should remain that way. He has every right to his opinion and he should not have to answer for it publicly when he has been nothing but a gentleman regarding me throughout the time I have known him.

He's a good guy. Period.

And by the way, if RJ, Dids, Astroglide, or any other poster who apparently hates me wants to ask me a question about any of my stories or past, I'd be more than happy to answer them to the best of my ability.

I have no interest in garnering accolades or hate on 2+2, my posts are simply meant to entertain, like I am entertained by all of your posts. All this bile and meanness and hatred is really unnecessary. Can't we all just get along??? [img]/images/graemlins/tongue.gif[/img]

And I really have no interest in seeing Nation banned. Bygones, you know?

I was responsible for all the Brandi segments...and I have no idea if she's still doing it now! I haven't watched it in a long time.

I was pretty meh about this Survivor, as both Nation and Dominic are far from the first 100 people I'd pick to be exiled from OOT. However, it's pretty hard to read this thread and not think that it makes Nation look bad and makes Dom look good.

Brandi's segments had a real plastic "smile and look excited" bit to them, like you could almost see her flinging down the mike when she was done and saying "let's get fkd up...who's got some blow?" I'm not saying I didn't like them, just that she wasn't given much latitude to do much else, whereas Shana Hiatt had enough airtime where I got the feeling that she would be the same off-camera as on.

Dominic doesn't need defending, but unless I've been reading Bizarro-OOT for the last few years, he has always been pretty humble and self-deprecating, regardless of how wild or preposterous his stories may seem (I happen to believe him, btw, as I've seen nothing in my admittedly brief thread or PM discussions with him to make me think he's not completely above board.)

Even if Dominic's stories were 100% [censored], I still think he adds value to this forum, because his threads are almost always entertaining and well-written.
