Why did he dump rather than xfer if he owns the site?

Just speculating here, but...

The AP cashier/security staff probably have lists or alerts of any major inter account transfers. Maybe every transfer has to be manually authorized, I dunno - haven't played there.

And as such, perhaps chip dumping was (or was perceived to be) the transfer method least likely to attract attention from uninvolved people within AP.

[/ QUOTE ]

the limit on acct transfers are pretty low, like 3k or something

BTW, why has Mark been so quiet about this whole thing? He hasn't made one post or public statement clearing AP or even his own name. I'd love to see him involved here.

He pasted the AP reply.

I did not watch the tourney replayed but in seif's response he says that there were many times that unorthodox strategy resulted in a loss? Is this true, because from what ive read the guy never made a misstep in the tourney. Of course the statement was released before Marco publicized the HH's.
Also, does anyone have a schedule of payments that AP had to make to the sellers of UB. A financial deadline might make one do something foolish.
Third, is it possible Graycat sat out the tourney because Potripper logged in first to 363?
Greycat: Dude, sign off, I'm gettin ready to play the 1K tourney
Potripper: Dude, too late I logged in first. Unregister and get back your 1K
Greycat: The tourney already started, I cant unregister.
Potripper: Well, i guess you are [censored] cause we both know you cant play- I'll dump 1K to ya afterwards
Greycat: K THX

Also,

"Phil's" Myspace is under the name "prouss1"

Google that and the only result is a poker HH with "prouss1" at the table.

Gotta be him.

So does Russ Hamilton currently own UB and AP right now? Has anyone explored his involvment in the situation?

That person has been a PSO customer for a long time and after looking at their account details I can say that they have absolutely (no pun intended ) nothing to do with this. FYI, I work for PSO.

I know this has already been mentioned, but I think it is definitely worth repeating after what I just saw when I looked into it further.

Examine the following posts by POTSLAMMER from Costa Rica:

http://forumserver.twoplustwo.com/showth...ue#Post11768636

http://forumserver.twoplustwo.com/showth...ue#Post11768738

http://forumserver.twoplustwo.com/showth...ue#Post11776466

All a bunch of typical UB/AP spam, similar to the crap Scott posted on his other accounts here.

So we have POTSLAMMER who is clearly spamming UB/AP ads, and POTRIPPER who clearly cheated in a tournament less than a month later.

And, of course, POTSLAMMER is from Costa Rica where AP is located.

This now makes me really believe that POTRIPPER was not a compromised account, but is rather an account associated with Scott and cashed out directly.

Either way, the guy is a complete retard. Imagine cheating with POTRIPPER after posting AP-related crap on 2+2 as POTSLAMMER. Unbelievably dumb.

Because he's part of this too?

Or should we ignore the brother of the accused and the other co-owner?

Also, connecting the two serves to indict Scott even more.

2.5k.. at least that's the most my account has ever been able to ship. Transfers do not go through automatically like they do on many sites, and the time it takes varies quite a bit so it seems likely there is some sort of human based approval process.

so he prolly knows about it, but do we have evidence of his wrongdoing?
