Rule update:
You cannot steal powers from people who have expended limited use powers. So a theoretical roleclaim of "I used to be a so-and-so" does not help a role-guesser. Also, I'm not sure if I clarified this before but: if two people try to steal the same power from the same person, it's rand who wins. If the loser has only limited use role-guess powers, then he does not expend a use of it. However, a role-guesser is roleblocked or role-guess-defendered, then he does expend a use.
