It's a limp or a shove. The thing is if the button sucks enough to call a lot or the bb sucks enough to overcall a lot or if the big stack doesn't feel like spite calling you than a shove is fine as well. A fold or a non shove raise or awful though.

If you look through the history of Boxing, there is a strong correlation of immigrant / underclasses doing very well. Once that class lifts itself out of the bottom rung, they fade from the fight scene.

Obviously there are tough jews. I was referring to the more stereotypical well off suburban jew, who smokes weed or grows his jewfro all day. Not that GKA necessarily falls into that category, but it wouldn't surprise me.

SNGs are getting tougher they will never be unprofitable IMO. Although Party is a joke.
Cash definitely has a higher ceiling, but cash games are getting a lot tougher too. Look at guys on MSNL like HEK (not to single him out, but he was the first guy I can think of) He was beating 10/20 on Party and is know playing 2/4.
