To ellaborate, I don't like putting in extra money with AQ and KQ suited or not when you are gonna be OOP for the rest of the hand on a flop that may or may not be good for you. if you do raise, the right raise is a pot sized raise, which at low limits most if not all of the limpers will call, meaning this pot is now 5 times the size. You don't always hit, but even if you, you don't have a very good idea of where you are at. Plus making the pot larger and hitting a flop like this really invests you much more than you'd like to be in this pot, which is bad if someone flops a set or w/e. In general, I don't like raising hands this weak out of the blinds.
