My friend, who is very trustworthy, said he saw Keller drop a large portion of his bankroll last night at Burger King.

I'm pretty sure he won like over $2m last year.

clearly phil is trying to save face trying to get keller to back down after making him agree to play with his own money. what kind of sense does that make? i also really doubt TK would play phil HU for 1-2mill with his own roll. i have no idea what his roll looks like but i sincerely doubt its that high. if this freezeout happens though it would be so awesome.

i assume he's fairly loaded.

if he's backing people for $400k he could probably scrape a couple mil.

Indeed. He spent part of his massive BR on gastric bypass surgery.

Yeah he's gotta feed himself and his mole. This would definitely put a dent in his pockets.

TK has lost a lot of weight, so the fat jokes have limited humor these days.

TK is mostly a cash game player and hasn't played many tourney's at all so that's why a lot of people haven't heard of his successes. He's had a fantastic couple of years in the cash game's which is why he can stake Fischman for 400K and say that it didn't really hurt him too much to get shafted on that.

If you read Phil's blog, he goes into this defense of his cash game record. He did this, coincidentally, just before his performance on GSN's High Stakes Poker hit the air. In this show all the other pros are cracking on him for being a complete cash game donkey (and anyone who's ever played the game can easily make the same conclusion). He loses a ton of money, so just before those episodes hit the air, he comes out in his blog posting all of his win's and losses for the last 3 year in cash games (presumably he's only played about 6 sessions of cash games over the last 3 years).

It's very funny that Phil is demanding that TK plays with his own money, when in his blog, he claims that the amount that he lost on GSN's High Stakes Poker, he had only 20% of himself, so it doesn't really count too much against his cash game record.

So... Phil's afraid to buy in for $100K of his own money against the pros on HSP, but is perfectly willing to put up a few million of his own money against TK (who's been kicking his butt repeatedly) and demanding that TK do the same? Yeah, right. Phil is so full of crap in this chat exchange, that its as comical as any of his tirades on WSOP or HSP. Very entertaining. Not true, but hilarious.
