I just sent an email to Bet365 poker. I encourage everyone else to do the same. Their email address is : support@customerservices365.com

[/ QUOTE ]

i already sent them an email last night. it basically said the same thing and i was going to post their reply here.

in it i said that the person has posted his side of the story for the entire forum to read and i would like to hear the site's side because i was considering signing up.

id like to hear if they have any logical defense to what this poster claims. the site's reputation is at stake.

FWIW, Bet365 has a decent english speaking customer service phone number. It's worth calling if you ask me.

and speaking of this, i think calmjackal, the OP should be concerned about his image as well if he's levying these charges against the site.

he created an acct here, made six duplicate posts in six different forums and hasnt posted again. disgruntled poker player or something other? are you new to 2+2 or did you start a new acct? why silent now?

his original post certainly sounds legit so calmjackal, im sure you're reading the thread, so i encourage you to take part in it.

OP' post sounds legitimate. Its not like he claimed that the site came to his house and raped his children or anything. However, it is somewhat odd that he hasn't responded to this thread though. He posted at 6:21 PST yesterday. Maybe he's on eastern time or later(9:21) and went straight to bed right after the post?

FWIW, I sent OP a PM.

not sure what you mean exactly about a response on the thread? You can find me playing at Party Poker, Ultimate and Full Tilt. I can't say more that what I've already said. They still offer nothing other than a satellite for some other tourney and I have sent 10 to 12 e-mails until I finally got to the main guy. Heres another response from them and from what I'm hearing they don't give a crap about me nor you!

Dear Mr Wallen,

Thank you for your e-mail.

I have raised your concerns with my immediate superiors to take up with the Network regarding why they felt a need to include players with tokens of a value less than yours , once I have further details I will of course contact you.

I can only stress that the Tournament was held with the best of intentions to try and resolve the issue of players unable to take a seat, but fully accept your argument of a 1 in 10 turning in to a 1 in 35 and can fully understand your anger at this time.

Please may I ask for your patience whilst I attempt to resolve the matter in a hopefully amicable manner.

Kind Regards
Martin Willis
bet365 casino and Poker Manager

don't expect them to do anything that would be considered fair, I just want others to know how they will treat you on this site.

Anything short of a full refund or tournament equity adding up to $3000 would be a mistake based on principal alone. Don't give up. They may do something, how long ago was your original e-mail? Have you called them yet?

We are sorry you feel aggrieved by what has happened and as a gesture of goodwill bet365 would like to pay for your entry in to the Online Final of the Scandinavian Open Final which has a buy in of $470+$45, with 1 in 20 winning a seat to the EPT Scandinavian Open held at the Scandinavian Open held at the casino Copenhagen in Denmark on 20-22 January 2006.

[/ QUOTE ]

$45 is too high of an entry fee for a $470 tournament IMO.
