Ok..maybe I am missing something

1 - 1.87 on your money
1 - 3.2 on odds of winning

Did I miss the part where we determined with certainty that villain has a set? If you're not calling here, do you ever call an all-in on the flop without the nuts?

And, if this guy is a bluffer, which he may be according to the poster, I'd have to at least consider the possibility that he is semi-bluffing diamonds, in which case he is near dead. That alone is enough for me.

Just wondering...
How deep do both stacks need to be before even considering folding, if ever?

Well, the bigger the stack (assuming the action is the same), the worse your odds are and hence the more positive you have to be that villain is not on a set. I would guesstimate 150 BBs as the point where I start getting very unsure about the call and 200 BBs as the point where I almost definitely fold here.

This, of course, is assuming a reasonable opponent. If I think villain is tilting or capable of drastically overplaying AK, I'd put in as many BBs as I have in front of me.

Pokerroom software is [censored]. You can get rakeback but you have to go to a skin.

There is usually only 1 to 3 shorthanded 5-10 games going, only one 10-20 sometimes short sometimes long, and occasionally some 25-50 and 50-100 will run but it is kind of rare. Better since Eurobet joined but still not great.

Games are so-so but Party is overall much more profitable simply because table numbers and game selection. Often just the same 5 guys banging heads on Pokerroom.

Software is great,

Huh? Software sucks. Also, you get alot of short stacks, and they allow a min buy in of 10BBs, which is wack.
