Does the director's cut show the deleted scene where Mike and KGB gangbang her? [/ QUOTE ] How is that a gangbang?? A gangbang = at least 3 or more. Doofus. |

[ QUOTE ] BTW there is no way law students could get a huge apartment like that in Manhattan... it would be thousands a month for rent. [/ QUOTE ] That is the one thing that bothered me the first time I saw it ( and still bothers me ). Maybe it has rent control from 1950? [/ QUOTE ] Hollywood's complete lack of awareness of how much house/car/whatever people can actually afford annoys me frequently. Cheaper By The Dozen? Right. No prep college coach could afford a house big enough for 12 kids. Etc, etc. |

[ QUOTE ] If the apartment was hers, why did she leave instead of kicking him out? Why is he still there throughout the movie if he can't afford the rent (someone has to be paying it)? [/ QUOTE ] hmmmmmm... good point [/ QUOTE ] When Petra is walking in, she comments that the apartment "Looks the same", she had been there before Mike took up with whatserface. That's why Mike passes on Petra: He's already done her, knows she's either psycho or meh, probably both. He has important business with Worm to attend to. |

Re: For those of you who\'ve seen rounders (part 2)
The apartment was haunted so he got it on the cheap. When he was still rounding he played in a game with a very drunken Venkman. Venkman couldn't afford to pay up, so he offered his teams services free of charge. Mike was left with a cheap, non-haunted apartment.
