Pacino right before he went straight downhill. Honestly the Watch speech by Tarentino/Walken is the clear winner, but since it's so often referenced it's probably jumped over to cliche, much like quoting Shakspeare. Though Tarentino's Sicilian speech is a very close second.

The final speech in 300 I really love this speech, I'm sure the music has a role in it as well but it really fires me up
