The study you provided was only for the city of Baltimore, his study was nationwide. I am sure the study you provided would correlate well with other large city populations.

Well, obviously if my opinion is that sexually active children is a bad thing, and you disagree, what does that make sexually active children in your eyes?

If I'm wrong for suggesting that 12 year olds not be encouraged to have sex, by giving them free access to birth control devices, then in your eyes, (since you disagree with me, remember?) giving birth control devices to 12 year olds thereby encouraging them to have sex must make sense.
