Default I ridiculous overbet because I dont want to get sucked out on

Villain is standard TAG. SB is a fish I was hoping to trap for a bet, hence the CR.

So what's the right way to play this? Because I'm pretty sure this ain't it.

Full Tilt Poker, $3/$6 NL Hold'em Cash Game, 6 Players
LegoPoker Hand History Converter

SB: $779.35
Hero (BB): $777.45
UTG: $716.25
MP: $600
CO: $121.10
BTN: $486.15

Pre-Flop: 9[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] Q[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] dealt to Hero (BB)
<font color="red">UTG raises to $21</font>, 3 folds, SB calls $18, Hero calls $15

Flop: ($63) 6[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 9[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] Q[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (3 Players)
SB checks, Hero checks, <font color="red">UTG bets $44</font>, SB folds, <font color="red">Hero raises to $156</font>, UTG calls $112

Turn: ($375) 7[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (2 Players)
<font color="red">Hero bets $600.45 and is All-In</font>, UTG folds
