If the Red Sox lose the division title to the Yankees, I'd hardly call it a collapse even if they didn't win the WC.

last year with about 12-14 games left in the yr st louis lost 8 games in the standing to houston in 8 days who pulled within half a game

64 Phillies was the worst btw, capped off by a guy stealing home to lose the last game.

how has nobody mentioned the 95 angels blowing a 13 game lead in mid-august to seattle?
