The only way to prevent the accumulation of crap is not to buy something worthless to you in the first place...or if you're like me that likes stuff to pass thru your hands, engage in a little junk arbitraging. That way you don't keep stuff for unnecessary periods of time.

Of course you might have profitable junk but not necessary be interested in it... At least it makes your shopping trips less expensive.
