Being from a different school isn't a bad thing. In HS I dated a few people from different schools. I think it makes it easier because she doesn't know you.

From what I can gather she's interested. The fact that she might be quitting is a reason to work quicker. I would goto that church thing with her, even if you have to skip mass.(It's the same God, right?) Spending time with her outside of work is the goal. Then you will have a reason to A. Get her # and B. if she quits you can still hang out.
