Ricky Jay is definitely one of my 5 or so favorite people on Earth. In two of those links he does an excellent job of one-upping himself.
As a side note, that episode of the X Files he was on is excellent. |

Some of the seats were literally as close as the camera, he did like 70-80 mins of close-up card 'tricks' like that one or better, but obvs it's all dexterity and speed and practice.
